Margaret Carneal, Designer
Margaret has a Master's degree in Interior Design from Virginia Tech and she has extensive design/build, remodeling and teaching experience. Additionally, Margaret was her own General Contractor for her personal home in VA before she joined Kitchen & Bath Galleries. Margaret takes a holistic approach to her designs believing that a space has to more than just function; she feels it also has to be comfortable while conveying the homeowner's style. Margaret takes the time to analyze the homeowner's style taking into consideration their decor, architectural, cooking, family and/or personal style when planning their space. Margaret feels great satisfaction from seeing her projects run smoothly and fall right into place after good planning and communication.

Meghan Lewellyn, Designer
Meghan graduated from the NKBA certified & FIDER accredited design program at Western Carolina University with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design with a Minor in Art. Meghan always enjoyed remodeling her parent’s home on the weekends when she was younger and this eventually evolved into a career in Interior Design. Meghan was influenced to specialize in the kitchen & bath arena by a professor that devoted his life (outside of teaching) to his private practice in kitchen & bath. Meghan believes that remodeling kitchens & baths is a fun as well as challenging adventure. Meghan says, "if you cook it, they will come" and she feels that there is nothing better than a well designed kitchen to bring together family & friends.
Jenny Roush, Designer
Jenny graduated from the NKBA certified & FIDER accredited design program at Western Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Jenny appreciates the team atmosphere and approach at Kitchen and Bath Galleries and feels that it enables her to give great design by providing the total package for her clients. Jenny enjoys working on complex projects where she can focus a high level of attention that will bring the perfect blend of design, function and lifestyle for her clients. Jenny’s education and experience along with her creative ability provide her with a strong foundation to handle any design challenge. “Challenging projects keep things interesting and I find them so gratifying,” Jenny says.
Gordon Yeazel, Designer
Gordon is a graduate from Indiana University and recently moved to Wilmington from the Boston area. Gordon basically grew up in the kitchen industry as he worked with his Father’s kitchen dealership during college and has held many esteemed positions in the kitchen and bath business; including managing Ethan Allen’s kitchen program and owning his own countertop fabrication business. Gordon feels that the simple clean lines from a frameless, full overlay cabinet can create an elegant look without being boring. Gordon likes presenting his clients with an unexpected but fresh, new design for their space and he enjoys seeing the pleasing looks on their face when they see their plan come to life.
Gordon Massengill, Designer
Gordon is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and has lived in the Wilmington area since 1996. His goal is to integrate each client’s personality and functional needs into their design making it feel as if it has always been a part of their home. Gordon works diligently to produce spaces for each client that are visually beautiful, highly functional, personally expressive, and cost effective. Gordon’s favorite part of the process is programming the space. Gordon says; “this is like getting a new puzzle with every new job, where you only know the ‘outside’ edge, and you get to work with the client to reveal something that will be beautiful and satisfy their needs.”
Tonya Nesselroade, Managing Partner
Tonya partnered with Steve Vaughn in 2008 to be the on-site Managing Partner of the Wilmington showroom. Tonya has personally owned and operated small businesses in addition to bringing over 16 years of business, sales and human resource management experience working for many Fortune 100 Companies such as General Electric, International Paper & Abbott Laboratories. Tonya values the team’s extensive knowledge in the kitchen and bath industry, but also the creativity that each person achieves with every project. Tonya feels, “our team’s dedication is obvious in the quality of work that each one produces, no matter how large or small the project.”
